altho I have reset several times, I have not been able to connect to excede for almost a week

Since the ice storm here last tuesday, I have not been able to connect to the internet via exede. I would like a refund for 1 week please.

An ice storm is considered an "Act of God" and ViaSat is not responsible for that...the way your post is worded makes it seem you now have service, or you would ask for more than a week...an iced over dish can't connect to the satellite so did you deice it or just waited for service to return.

If you still can't connect to the internet you should contact Exede and let them run tests from their end..they usually can tell you if you need a service call or not..

They should credit you for the amount of priority data you would have used but didn't use for that week.

Jeanne, assuming the dish and tria are not visibly damage by the ice storm, you probably need a service call if your modem is still unable to connect. There may be unseen damage or, simply an alignment issues. Customer Care can take a look and see what the problem is and, set up a service call for you.
