We have been having trouble with our internet for over a year! Every time I call y'all say there is not a problem. Something needs to be done please so our internet will work properly.

All four lights blinking means the modem has detected a fault. That might be a loose cable connection, bad TRIA or an actual problem with the modem itself. A few other things too, but those are the most common things that cause it to show a fault.
Like Lindsey said, the best thing to do is call them ASAP. You might be able to tighten a loose connection if it's within reach but, beyond that, it probably needs a technician to fix it.

I have had the four lights blinking on a few occassions, I just unplugged the modem for at least 10 seconds, then plugged it back in and it went back to normal. Even in the flashing mode everything still worked as usual.
