airave and data usage

I am new to exede, and i am not used to monitoring my usage. I got a promotion for double usage for 6 months. We are using the 20g in two weeks, which seems really outrageous. We do not stream movies or games. Basic internet searches maybe a YouTube video every now and then. I have an airave to boost my cell phone signal. We need this because we have horrible connections in our area. Could this be using too much data?? I alreadyvpay for my data on my phone, by using the airave am i paying twice for my data?

Melonie, I'd like to take a look at your usage and see if I can get more of a detailed breakdown for you. We can figure out if the Sprint Airave is using all of that data or not. If you are using a wireless router make sure you guest network is turned off. Your neighbors might be using your data. I am not familiar with airave but most programs on a network use data in the back ground without your knowledge There are some good data counters out there you can install on your computer that will keep track of where your data is being used. If I were you, I would check those out. Then you know what you see, not what you are told!
