i ordered over phone women said one thing but that was not the case this service is slower then dial up modems of years ago

That's ok, Gabe thought she lived in a valley and I'm still not sure why I need a manual for an umbrella - it seems pretty straight forward to me and as I recall there wasn't one in the box.

Jimmy, we all signed a digital contract at install. The installer asked you to type your name, or you let him type it for you.

Ordering the service, letting the installer climb on your roof and bolt a dish to it, letting him into your house to install the modem.  I think that probably does mean you agreed to the service.
