After complaining about my data usage not being correct about three or four months ago...

After complaining about my data usage not being correct about three or four months ago , it got better for the last two months. Well now it's being sucked right out from under us again. Needless to say , the data counter has gone haywire again or my free time is being counted against us. I wish this inconsistency would stop. It does absolutely no good to talk to one their reps because all they do is tell you the many different ways you're data is being used. I talked to about three of them last time I talked and they all said the same thing over and over. FED UP !

Hi Stan, I'm sorry you feel this way. I certainly know this can be frustrating not knowing exactly where your data usage is being consumed.  I would be more than happy to review your account details and check your usage categories and time of your data usage.  The ViaSat meter breaks down the daytime usage and the late night usage.
