I just signed up for the Freedom plan with the Boost 25 WIFI Modem/Router. I have a small NAS drive that I used with my previous router.  I connected my NAS drive to my new router and now the it can't connect with anything.  Anyone have any ideas?

The USB port on the Exede WiFi modem cannot be used. It is there for Exede's use only. If you want to connect your NAS drive to your network, you will need to connect your third party router to the Exede modem using one of the Ethernet connections. Just be sure to change the IP address of your seconder router soit does not conflict with your Exede WiFi signal.

I'm not using the USB port.  My NAS dive is connecting to one of the ethernet ports on the WIFI Modem.  I'm not using my previous router any more.

Scott, your best bet is to send an email to the moderators at exedelistens@viasat.com and ask them. They will be able to talk to the tech people and get you an answer. Be sure to include your account number and a phone number.
