Starting 36 hours ago our WildBlue e-mail account would not allow us to enter stating we needed to verify our name and password. We have done that several times. I called tech support and after 90 minutes of doing this and that they said they would have to bump it up to the experts. This could take up to NINE DAYS. We still cannot get our e-mail messages which include topics of automatic payment receipts, business e-mails, etc., etc. THis could cost us hundreds of dollars and possibly thousands. Has enybody else had this problem? We are thinking of dropping WildBlue and going to Hughes because of it. Thank you.
