Account wrongly suspended

Our Exede account is paid automatically the first of each month. Our account says we owe nothing currently and the December bill was paid. We did NOT get a new credit card in the past month. There is NO credit card information to update. There is NO information to update. Our account is currently wrongly suspended. How can this get fixed?

Same here! What's going on? This is ridiculous! It's bad enough with the wiFi when it's connected! Wifi service is really slow and goes out too much right in the middle of service! Help please!

This happened to me a couple of times over a period of about a week, about 6-8 weeks ago. In the middle of viewing websites online, I would suddenly lose the website and get an online notice saying that my account was suspended.  Both times this happened, I telephoned exede tech support, was told this was a problem on their end which was affecting some customers, and they were able to correct the problem each time within a couple of minutes.

Seemed like what they did was to completely turn off both my ISP and Exede voice accounts and then rebooted them, and that fixed it.

At the time I called, they said that while they were aware of the problem, they weren't sure what was causing it.

I am in beam 329, by the way; I am interested if this problem is affecting people all in the same area or is more widespread than that?

I also have a Wildblue acct. that's been currently suspended; what is going on with that?
