Account update

Hello, I called a few weeks ago to change my plan. We currently have 12 gb a month for internet plus home phone. We haven't used the home phone once and so would like to cancel it, I called to do this however I'm afraid it didn't go through since the last bill was the same as all the others. I would like to keep the 12 a month for the internet but that's it.
I would like to make sure my account is updated.

 it looks like your first contact didnt work out.
I found this in another thread and the information might help you reach a resolution.
it isnt always this way - but another call is in order. its not fun, but keep calling until you get the right person that will help you get it right.

You can always sign into your Exede account, go to "Chang Plan" and do it that way. No one to talk to and you should get a conformation email of the changes.

I would recommend the self-help options or to call us at 855-463-9333.
