I am doing the NExt Big Thing and was told to re register. The account number I was given does not work so I have not been able to reregister and I am worried that this will make me ineligible for this service.
How were you told to re-register? Once you set up your account on the customer portal one time, you should not need to do so again.
I'm concerned that you may have responded to a phishing email. If this is the case and, you did enter your Exede account number, please call 855-463-9333 IMMIDIATELY and explain to them what happened so that they can help you insure your account remains secure.
