Access to email

I can only log in to email if I use the standard HTML version. Then I can only read and delete my emails. I cannot repy to emails. I cannot compose new emails. I cannot copy or open email in new window.
How can you fix this.
Receiving error message 500.

Try unplugging the power from your modem, router and shutting down your computer....wait 10min plug the modem back in wait for all the lights to come on and it get synced with the sat. ( about 2 min) then plug your router back in wait for it to finish booting up about 1min then turn your computer back on and see if you can get in. If that don't work you can call customer service at 1-855-463-9333 or can send exedelistens@viasat.com an email with your Exede account number or the phone number on the account
