The mobile home I purchased in Clearwater, FL has your satellite installed in my front lawn. The previous owners abandoned the house with no forwarding info. I need to have your equipment removed. How can you help?

The only outside piece of equipment that Viasat wants back is the TRIA (the transmit/receive device on the end of the arm if there)  - even then it's the previous owner's responsibility to return that piece - chances are they already did return it since there's a steep fee for failure to return it or the interior unit.

Pay somebody to yank it and trash it or do it yourself - it'll be cheaper than what Viasat would have to charge.

Is it just the dish, on a pole mount?

These mounts are meant to be permanent, removal would be up the the current owner.

The dish, we do not need, feel free to dispose of it as you like.

If the dish has the transceiver on it, we are looking to have those returned, and can set up a equipment return box to be sent, if you would like, in which case, send us an email, at ViasatListens@viasat.com.

You'll have to pull it up yourself.  It'll somewhere near 2 1/2 buried and a little cement to stabilize it.
