Moved from cable to ATT Excede What a mistake. It's never worked properly. the modem is on the opposite side of the garage. I have been advised to move it into the closet where all my equipment is, they agreed but has not come out to fix it and has even cancelled appointments 2 times as I wasted time waiting for them (they never showed up)

All I can say is "get used to it." Sounds like "service as usual," Not meaning to be cynical but it is a fact.

The last time I made a comment to someone's post here it was deleted by the "cyber police." This one will probably be deleted also.  However, you will come to agree that the "service" is pretty bad. Now that they have added ATT to their name, it can only be expected to be worse.

Hi Joe,  We appreciate your opinions but we need to maintain decorum.  We are not   AT&T.
AT&T and DirecTV  are now one company and they partner with ViaSat to get the internet in rural areas and our customers receive a $10.00 credit if they do. We bill separately but work together to make sure customers receive internet and TV service.
