I dropped Hughes Net after 4 yrs as my girls had Viasat and thought I would get a better deal with you. I called got a great sales pitch with was lies. I have been with you guys 3 months and my GBs were mostly used up buffering. I have the silver unlimited and it is unlimited buffering. I have called so many times just o get hung up on, same lies no matter day or night or which time of month. I am paying for basically nothing and you guys don;t even care enough to help me. I want to talk to corp. and ask if they plan on staying in business if all they do is lie and don't care about us. This service is the worst. Please tell me how to get help.  There has to be a better solution to this then me changing companies again or don't you care that your stats say over 42 hundred people  have the same complaint

So, you want to talk to someone at the Corporate level....  You came to the right place.

The people that get that email are at the Corporate Office in Denver Colorado.
