I think that is a lot of malarkey.  I had cable for many years prior to Exede and NEVER ever had web pages not load using the reasons you spell out on your blog.  Not to mention I cannot get Netflix and HULU to load on my TV even when I have plenty of data left.  Into my fourth month now with Exede and still am not happy.  I will not be either until I have unlimited data and decent speeds  at a reasonable price.

Just hit one on Wattpad.com day before yesterday. It actually gave me an "Over Capacity" explanation so, I knew that's what it was. Yes DoS attacks do happen.
