We did not use this much data. I have been monitoring use and checked Data usage on computer. This very upsetting.

I bet you both have Iphones or Apple products.  They had a large updates lately.  If you send me an email with your MAC Address found on the bottom of the modem or the phone number associated with your account, I will do a data analysis for you and email it back.  You would be amazed at all the little things you don't think about that eats up your data.

Hello Hopeful, I'd be glad to review your account details and check your usage categories to pinpoint where your data is being consumed. A couple unknown data consumptions lately have been storage and updates. The number of devices on your home network also plays a major role with usage as well.
