5GB is quite a big chunk for 2 hours, but not impossible. As Steve suggested and most likely the culprit here is downloads occurring in the background. Please email me at email@example.com with your account information and I'll be more than happy to look over this with you.
Same issue here, in fact we canceling the large 25 g plan after only a week and half and going back to our slower but unlimited service , we have gone over bandwith several times and I am tired of watching bandwith , not being able to watch movies ,,,,in fact all we can do is surf.
I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN FROM PAST EXPERIENCES ,,,ALL OF THESE QUOTA - BUY MORE SERVICES ARE SET UP TO BILK THE CUSTOMER ,, I am so pissed at my self for signing up for this service. This has been and will be a waste of almost $600 , install and first month ,,now $345 to disconnect , this is wrong big time, considering going to court. People need to have this explained io detail before getting the service, not some hidden line and sign bs,,, not happy
If I get charged $345 for canceling before my fist month is up , I will post on every forum I can find my experience and opinion about this, and it will not be in this companies best interest,
