I have to reset my modem (power cycle) 4 to 6 times a day to get my service back up. It's just drops offline in clear weather for no reason I can see. Cycle power and wait 3-5 min. and it's back. What's up?
Software update. Viasat needs to look into more of that for their "customer care" instead of resetting the wifi modem all the time or plugging it out then back in. Or its your router that needs a firmware update. Very frustrating, I called how many times and got credit for it, they only tried to get me $15, I got $75 out of them instead. Let them credit you the days you had no good service!
