"Limited" connection is really "NO" connection

Wondering why my connection frequently goes to "Limited". Usually unplugging the modem for a few minutes fixes it, but not always. Why does that happen and how can I prevent it?

Here is a great guide on fixing connection problems in Windows. Go through it, make sure it isn't anything on your end causing the problem. Let us know how that goes for you.

Julie, what is your current set up?  Do you have a router connected to the modem, or is your computer connected directly?
