You keep deleting my post as "spam"

I posted the true and correct answer to a question asked by "freemygreen" at the exede forum, https://community.exede.com/exede/topics/whos-the-boss-j985l0y0pwh5v

You deleted my post as spam.
How is the address and contact information of ViaSat spam?

Make your answer good as the next time you do something to hide business contact information from inquiring customers will result in a post by me that you will be forwarding to Keven Lippert so he can ponder the legal defense of ViaSat in a California court of law in a case that will bring the word "accountability" home to ViaSat.

Think I'm kidding?  I'm as serious as a heart attack.  My legal representation is Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP.

I've had it with you.  I've been "on the fence" about bringing action against ViaSat and you are the tipping point.

"I posted the true and correct answer to a question asked by "freemygreen" at the exede forum"

This being a "help" Community the likely best answer (if any) would have been "google is your friend".

"You deleted my post as spam.

Their site, their rules. The Community is filled with the support phone number and email address.

"Think I'm kidding?  I'm as serious as a heart attack.  My legal representation is Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP."

Its your money, but other than when certain laws are violated, Binding Arbitration is you only recourse in settling disputes.

"I've had it with you.  I've been "on the fence" about bringing action against ViaSat and you are the tipping point."

Its likely that the above stated position is why disclaimers such as "Caution HOT" are now included on products that are usually hot. Everyone these days are looking for Deep Pockets.

Time to file a Arbitration Complaint ... assuming that your service is not performing to its contractual level.

Get lost arm-chair lawyer.  It's not deep pockets, it's accountability, or can't you understand what you just read?  The arbitration clause is about as strong as a wet noodle trying to stop a freight train.  California has the most powerful consumer protection laws on the planet and ViaSat is subject to all of them.

edit:  Oh, and this post is specifically addressed to Exede Lindsey, Employee, not you.

Then get off the Soap Box and bring suit then.

No privately held company is going to disclose proprietary information as some of your posts have been trying to "mine".

Consumer Protection Laws aside, there is no way that all the wishful thinking in the world is going to magically turn a satellite connection into the functional equivalent of a ground based system.

Learn what your contractually entitled to. If you don't receive that contracted level of service then open a ticket and troubleshoot the issue. If the issue can not be resolved resort to Arbitration.

There is your "accountability".
