$95 service charge to repair their own equipment.

I was charge $95 service charge because their equipment went out. I've been lied to about it. The csr's can't give you a straight answer. I've had my router replace 3 times in 4 months. Then my service goes out and I get charged to have their equipment fixed. What a ripoff. I have terminated my service. Will not recommend them to anyone

The $95.00 is service charge for coming   to your house. All business that come to your house have a service charge. The equipment is replaced for free since your leasing it.

It states right in your contract with them that you will be charged 95.00 for a service call. I was lucky and they didn't charge me for my service call last year. They said it was because I was such a long time customer.

As far as your modems going out, it sounds like you are getting power surges. I have mine hooked up to a surge protector since we get a lot of surges out here from failing electric lines and the electric company just uses band aides when there is a problem.
